Welcome

Welcome to the San Francisco Bay Area Network for the American Holistic Nurses Association (AHNA). The National Office is located in Flagstaff, Arizona and at www.ahna.org. The AHNA was founded in 1980 and its mission is to Unite Nurses in Healing. The AHNA embraces nursing practices that foster wellness through a holistic approach to body, mind , and spirit and empower both caregivers and clients. AHNA members gather to form Networks locally and meet to support and further their knowledge in holistic practices.

Quarterly meetings convene at the University of California and other locations around San Francisco. The local Network for the AHNA invites all nurses and students in training in San Francisco and the Bay Area to find out more about holistic nursing and its benefits to the individual, the nursing community and beyond.
